ErgoJunior - computer workshops for kids aged 8-16
It's been 7 years since we started ErgoJunior, the computer education program for children and teenagers (age 8-16). ErgoJunior is aimed at everyone who wants to learn how to use the Internet to study, have fun, learn about the world and express themselves. Kids and teens are one of the most frequent Internet users; unfortunately, they're also the most vulnerable. The main goal of the ErgoJunior program of education is to show students a prudent and imaginative way to use the Internet and information technology, and to educate them about the dangers online - how to recognize them, how to react and how to avoid them altogether. Apply now! But why should you choose us? Because... - ...our program offers your child the exhaustive understanding of the power of Internet and information technology. Students are not only trained in technical skills, but also taught about the meaning, purpose and influence of the Internet, including its advantages and disadvantages.
- ...diverse curriculum and tasks benefit the development of interest and creative potential in our young students.
- ...education at an early age helps forming a responsible and educated Internet user who can employ technology for their maximum benefit and security.
- ...young mentors themselves are the passionate Internet users, in many ways close to their students, which helps them connect in an informal but reliable way.
- ...the curriculum and methods used in teaching ErgoJunior have been developed with the help of child psychologists, social workers and other related professionals from the Brave Phone association for children.
- ...we can conduct classes in English for non-Croatian speaking students.
